Whale Spa Inc (in Huntington Beach) is seeking for a Full-time Account Payables. *Duties: -Processing and making payment to vendors -Keeping and maintaining documents/ invoices/ payments of vendors -Recording accounting transactions related to Account Payables -Keeping track and recording credit card transactions/ spending and reconciliation for credit card statements -Generating some reports as required -Supporting with some general office duties *Requirement: -Must have accounting background -Proficient in Microsoft office: Excel, Word… -Knowing QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred -Bilingual English/ Vietnamese -Hard-working, careful and work well with other team members/ co-workers.
