TJ AEROSPACE, Inc. - CNC Machine Shop - CẦN TUYỂN: FOREMAN *Job Description: Execute and keep tracking of all jobs throughout the operational workflow, including but not limited to planning, procurement, quality assurance and production efficiency. Work directly with programmer(s), machinist(s), and craftsmen to ensure collaborate to create the most efficient programs/ processes to reduce the amount of set-ups, scrap, cost of tooling being used, and increase throughput. Assist and coordinate with the General Manager and Production Controller to develop cost budgets for production and provide input and recommendations for monthly cost costing analysis to evaluate areas of focus for profitability. Oversee the entire manufacturing activities and administrative management in both shift 1 and shift 2 employees. Support the manufacturing manager as the counterpart in the Vietnam facility.
